My order arrived and it was of high quality and the engraving was done well. Customer service was also excellent. My one comment would be when ordering Olde English font, be careful. I ordered 3 letter monogram and its a bit busy. Also check out what the letter will look like before ordering. One of my letters was a capital L and to me it did not really look like a capital L once I received the order. It looked more like a capital G which was disappointing. Not their fault though.
