The process of ordering was very convenient online. From the time I ordered and until delivery was made, it was about a week. The timeline given to me was completed on time. I was given a tracking number so I knew when the gift was delivered. I was very pleased with the process. Although I have not seen the finished product as it was a gift and have not heard from the bride yet, I would order again from this merchant if I needed an engraved gift. Very pleased with the process.
